Au Vietnam, il y a un plat dont tout le monde raffole et que tous les touristes veulent y go\u00fbter durant leur s\u00e9jour. Il s’agit du Hongshao rou, ou plus commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 porc brais\u00e9. Originaire de la province sud-chinoise du Vietnam, ce plat est r\u00e9ussi lorsque sa cuisson est bien maitris\u00e9e. Voici alors comment la pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n

Les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires<\/h2>\n

Pour un porc brais\u00e9 pour trois personnes, il faudra se munir de :
\n– 500 g de poitrine de porc.
\n– 150 ml de vin jaune chinois.
\n– 20 g de sucre candi.
\n– Une \u00e9toile de badiane.
\n– 10 g de gingembre.
\n– 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce de soja claire.
\n– Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de soja noire.
\n– Un oignon.
\n– Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de riz.
\n– 250 ml d’eau.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9tapes de la pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Pour faire ce plat, on compte 20 min de pr\u00e9paration ainsi qu’une heure trente de cuisson.
\n– On commence par couper la poitrine de porc en d\u00e9s, avant de la faire mijoter deux minutes dans une casserole d’eau bouillante.
\n– On coupe \u00e9galement le gingembre et l’oignon en fines tranches.
\n– Dans un wok, on laisse chauffer tr\u00e8s peu d’huile avant d’y plonger la viande d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9goutt\u00e9e. Elle sera ensuite dor\u00e9e sur toutes ses faces.
\n– On verse les deux sauces de soja dans le wok, avant de bien m\u00e9langer.
\n– Le vin jaune chinois et l’eau chaude y seront ensuite ajout\u00e9s.
\n– On termine en versant le gingembre, la badiane, le sucre candi et l’oignon.
\n– On recouvre le wok, avant de laisser mijoter pendant une heure environ. Il faudra remuer le m\u00e9lange de temps en temps pour \u00e9viter que \u00e7a ne colle.
\n– Pour savoir que le plat est presque pr\u00eat, il faudra s’assurer que la viande est bien tendre. Il ne reste plus qu’\u00e0 attendre que la sauce s’\u00e9vapore totalement.
\n– Pour finir, on gratte le fond du wok avec du vinaigre de riz et il ne reste plus qu’\u00e0 le servir.
